As with any website, our host Cloudflare processes technical connection data (IP address, browser, pages requested) to display pages and protect the site against attacks. This data is used for nothing else and kept only for a limited time.

When you contact us

If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, or call us (booking, group, private hire), we use your contact details and your message only to reply and organise your visit or event.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Retention: as long as needed to handle your request, then no more than 3 years after our last exchange.

Third-party services

Online booking (Zenchef), WhatsApp, the online menu, Instagram and Google Maps are external services: when you follow these links, you leave our website and their own privacy policies apply.

Recipients and transfers

Your data is never sold or passed on. It is only accessible to the Lili teams in charge of replying to you, and to the Bonne Compagnie group's sales team for group and private hire requests.
